To become a Co-Operator with the Universal Car Rental Network (UCRN), you must meet financial, legal, and vehicle eligibility criteria established in the network agreements.

Membership & Personal Requirements

• Membership Fee: Payment of the ₱20,000.00 non-refundable fee covering a three (3)-year membership term.

• Personal Identification: Provision of a valid government-issued ID and complete personal contact details.

• Legal Capacity: Legal authorization to enter into contracts and agreement to comply with UCRN network rules, data privacy, and confidentiality policies.

Vehicle Eligibility Requirements

• Registration & Title: Valid Philippine vehicle registration (OR/CR) and proof of legal ownership or authorization to place the vehicle into the rental fleet.

• Vehicle Condition: Mechanically roadworthy status, acceptable age and mileage for its rental category, good exterior and interior condition, and functioning safety equipment.

• Inspection: Successful completion of the official UCRN vehicle inspection.

• Insurance Coverage: Appropriate insurance policy with full disclosure of any limitations or commercial/rental restrictions.

• Legal Clearances: Absence of unresolved ownership disputes, undisclosed liens, or legal restrictions preventing rental operation.
